Reiki is Japanese language. Rei meaning universe and Ki meaning energy. So Reiki is healing using the universal energy, or (gods energy.) We channel this energy into the person being treated. It is a living energy that us the life force. This cannot harm you, but goes to the root of your problem whether it is physical, emotional or spiritual. This is a very relaxing gentle therapy, which leaves you feeling very pampered.

Time and distance is only relevant to us, not to the universal energy. Healing can be sent to anyone, any time, any place! People feel the benefits. Very good for the elderly in homes or people in other countries. Full Reiki healing sessions can be sent, but mostly it is sent in packages which takes approx. 15 minutes.

Karuna is primarily a reiki used to find the Cause of illness. When we use a healing treatment or doctors treat a patient we sometimes find that the symptoms go away for a while and then re-emerge. This is due to the sypmtoms being treated and not the cause. The cause in these events are not physical, they are emotional, mental or spiritual. Using Karuna energy we find the cause of the illness and then the symptoms can be treated. It is amazing how well we can hide our problems but of course the problems have not gone away. They will remain until dealt with. Sometimes these are deep rooted issues carried over from past lives that Karuna can help to expose. Cost 30 pounds 1-1.5 Hours   

I have trained in both types of Crystal healing. The Laying on of crystals Style and the melody style (love is in the Earth) . Crystals hold a wonderful energy, many variations (All good). They vibrate at a constant level that varies for each type of crystal. The human body also vibrates, with each organ vibrating at a slightly different rate. The crytals when laid onto your body link up with your own vibrations bringing them into harmony.
